He had the opportunity to assist in teaching two university courses – Sports Nutrition and Human Nutrition and Metabolism – and further broadened his perspective through a study abroad program in Zambia, Africa, where he conducted research on malnutrition and stunting rates in primary schools. Cole’s research and career interests focus on optimizing human performance in sport, particularly through nutrition and mental conditioning protocols. Cole is preparing for the CSCS exam. He is also passionate about advancing the understanding of mental and physiological resilience in athletic settings. Outside of his professional pursuits, Cole enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exercising, and eating.
