Biography:
Jean Carlos has always been passionate about sports and competition, starting at a young age in football (soccer) and competing in youth national league. After struggling for many years with his body composition, Jean Carlos ended up deciding to pursue a career in Nutrition.
Now as a GSSI advisor, Jean Carlos works with elite athletes, in particular with top football players and teams, to help them to perform at their highest level. This has allowed him to fulfill the goal of being part of the team winning the National League Championship twice.
In his spare time, Jean Carlos enjoys trying new sports and activities because it helps him to understand what athletes experience during practice or competition.
